Scientific reseach in "KrioRus"

Cryonics can be described as a long (longitudinal) study, which consists of several stages:

  • body cryopreservation or human or animal marrow: pretreatment, premedication, primary cooling, perfusion, further cooled to extremely low temperatures,
  • preservation at cryogenic tesperaturah body in the continuation of a long period,
  • recovery (reanimation, revitalization) of human or animal body with the help of various technologies, some of which usche there, and others yet to be developed.

This vision sets the direction for applied research, which are conducted by scientists in cryonics organizations and third-party experts. "KrioRus" being scientific organization also conducts experiments and basic research fields of cryopreservation of tissues, organs and organisms.

Cryonics "KrioRus" in 2011, after the development of a number of scientific and technological areas required for cryopreservation, continued to work on a unique scientific direction - the study of the preservation of brain tissue kriozamorozke. In particular, the report YI Pichugin "Problems brain cryopreservation and brain tissue of animals" was presented on May 24-26, 2012 in St. Petersburg at the XIII International Scientific-practical conference "Fundamental and applied research, development and application of high technologies in the industrial economy."

It is also one of the directions of our scientific activity - the study of cell damage during perfusion and cooled to extremely low temperatures and the decomposition of biological material. Much attention in recent years, we have given check the so-called clathrate hibernation experiments with Daphnia and laboratornyi rats.

In general, our scientific work is conducted within the walls of our R & D Center of Cryobiology and hibernation, operating since 2005.

From dream to reality.
